For its 13th edition, BiObernai’16 welcomed 20,135 visitors from September 16th until 18th 2016
The 13th edition of BiObernai, a three days event, started on 16th Sep, 2016 and ended on 18th September 2016. The trade fair for organic products was held in Obernai, in the Alsace region of eastern France. Eco-mobility was the theme of the year. This edition has just ends up with a very positive assessment: in spite of an unfavorable weather and the fact that there were other significant events in the same weekend like the Journées du Patrimoine, BiObernai again crossed the course of 20,000 visitors by welcoming this year 20,135 amateurs of the organic culture in its multiple forms.
“We are very satisfied with this edition and even, let’s face it, astonished that the rainy weather, in particular Sunday, did not reject the public; we could indeed have expected that the visitors would have preferred indoor activities in the historical places of the region”, commented Maurice Meyer, founder and director of the trade fair. That shows an interest which is more and more important every year for achieving a greater well-being and a better way of life while respecting the environment.
The next event will run from September 15th – 17th 2014. The 14th edition of BiObernai will be focusing on Collective Intelligence… According to the Greek philosopher Eripide, “ None of us know what we all know, together”, a matter which is incarnated today in an obvious way in a strong tendency of “making together” through multiple actions initiated in many sectors. “We propose to develop and speak about this theme the next year, concludes Maurice Meyer, we think already of all the concrete illustrations on this theme for the 2017 edition”.
