Short biography
Born in 1964 in Alsace
- Producer and farmer, specialised in organic farming and biodynamic since 1996 in Valff (30 km south of Strasbourg)
- Ecocert auditor from 1991 to1996
- OPABA’s Secretary General (French professional organization of organic farming in Alsace) from 1999 to 2004
- Founding director of the fair trade exhibition in Alsace, biObernai (an annual édition since its lauch in 2004, 250 exhibitors, almost 22,000 visitors)
- Project initiator of Man and the Earth (2011). The project has the aim of facilitating and establishing connections between farmers who respect and honour the Earth
- Organize in partnership with the the Alsatian Chamber of Agriculture of Agriculture of tomorrow, the key global event for farmers since 2012. Two days dedicated to innovation, alternative and pioneering methods, reserved to agricultural professionals
- Organize and host educational tours focused on biodynamic agriculture.
